
This Returns and Refunds policy applies only to purchases made online.
Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, we will gladly accept the return of the items, subject to all of the conditions set forth below:
- All returns must be made within 14 days of the date that you receive your order.
- All merchandise returns are (1) subject to inspection and (2) must be in resalable condition, unopened and unused with original packing materials, manuals and blank warranty cards (except for products that are defective due to a manufacturing defect).
- Products that are defective due to a manufacturing defect may be returned, subject to the conditions of this policy.
- A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be obtained from us before it is shipped to us.
- You are responsible for shipping charges on returned items.
- We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
Return Procedure
- Contact us and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. You may contact us at (800) 991-6712 or e-mail us at orders@therubbercafe.com.
- Include all original packing materials, manuals and accessories.
- For proof of delivery and because we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit, we recommend that you return items using an insured carrier (FedEx, UPS, or insured USPS).

Refund Policy
Returns that are accepted will be refunded for the purchase price.
- Refunds will be made with a company check, or you may receive store credit if you wish.
- If your order was paid via PayPal, you have the additional option of having your refund issued via PayPal.
- If you are returning an item because of a manufacturing defect, we will reimburse the return shipping charges.
